JASON BUSS

With 22 years of human resources and talent acquisition leadership experience, Jason Buss is a recognized expert with deep experience in identifying, recruiting and hiring high-performing teams. He is currently the Vice President of Talent Acquisition for MongoDB.

Jason has authored and published content in, and has been quoted by The Huffington Post, Fast Company, Bloomberg, MarketWatch, Society for Human Resource Management, Corporate Executive Board and more.

He is the founder of the Recruiters Network, and serves as the president and community leader for several of the nation’s largest and most active regional recruiting communities including Minnesota Recruiters, California Recruiters, Denver Recruiters, Florida Recruiters, Wisconsin Recruiters, Michigan Recruiters and Oregon Recruiters.

AMIT BABBAR

Amit Babbar is the Director of Talent Acquisition & Business Development and Research at MongoDB. He has over 13 years of experience leading Talent Acquisition and Sourcing teams globally. Amit started his recruiting career with recruiting agencies and moved into corporate recruiting. He has led teams worldwide for both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. Amit has successfully completed Senior Management Program from IIM Calcutta in 2015 and has a Bachelors degree in Information Technology (2004).

SIDDARTH SHARMA

Siddharth Sharma is an HR Professional with more than 11 years of experience working with IT/ITES conglomerates like Interglobe, Infosys and currently managing the HR Operations for one of the pioneer Travel Management company – Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Siddharth has experience in conceptualizing and implementing the process, systems, policy framework and procedures for business operations, he is proficient in handling, performance management, international mobility.

Responsible Business etc. Siddharth holds Master’s Degree in International Business and Human Resource Management from Amity Business School.

AANCHAL GAUVRI

Aanchal Gauvri is the Manager for Recruitment Process Optimization team at KPMG Global Services. She has over 12 years of experience in working with Global Talent Acquisition teams including 6+ years of management experience in handling teams in a recruiting corporate environment.

She has been involved in training, mentoring and leading a team of Sourcing/ HR operations professionals; providing full technical and overall support to ensure successful execution; raising their level of productivity. Works with sourcing experts to execute on a comprehensive sourcing strategy developed based on the talent needs of the client group and to build qualified and diverse talent pipelines. This includes staying current on industry trends, market data, and practice strong recruitment techniques with a focus on Diversity.  

Aanchal is a post-graduate from Punjab Technical University and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Delhi University.
